In the period 1992 to 1997, Sorongas painted rusted objects, eroded metals, objects which are useless and thrown away, with the imprint of the human gesture and of their former function evident upon them; these have accumulated upon them fingerprints of human toil and old memories, which appear in the visual field as non identified enigmas and unanswered questions.

Το διάστημα 1992-1997 ο Σόρογκας ζωγραφίζει σκουριασμένα αντικείμενα, διαβρωμένα μέταλλα, άχρηστα και πεταμένα, με έκτυπα τα σημάδια της ανθρώπινης χειρονομίας και της παλιάς λειτουργίας τους, που έχει συσσωρεύσει αποτυπώματα από τον ανθρώπινο μόχθο και μνήμες παλιές, οι οποίες εμφανίζονται στο εικαστικό πεδίο ως αταύτιστα αινίγματα και αναπάντητα ερωτηματικά.
